Driver side headlight low beam out - not bulb

I'm new here, I have an 08 explorer sport Trac adrenaline and the driver side headlight low beam is out, but the bulb is good and fuse is good! Any ideas on what I need to do!

I'm new here as well. Welcome. I would check and clean your ground connection as well as check the plug for dirty contacts.

replace the bulb? there's two filaments in there, the low beam can burn out and the high beam can still work...
