Help with bluetooth.

Having some trouble syncing my phone for media. My phone (Samsung Note 8) connects immediately when I enter but for phone use only and wont connect for media for some reason. Does anyone know what I can do about this situation, thanks.

If you go into the bluetooth setting on your phone; click the cog wheel next to the name of the device your trying to connect and check the box that says media
