the problem...

i park the Ex and it has a positive camber.
if i let it roll a couple of feet, the tires are now in a negative camber.
roll some more, and it is back to positive.

i have replaced the front springs and all steering linkages.
have not had it aligned. yet.

there is play at 12 and 6. none at 3 and 9.
and when i lift the wheel off the floor and spin it, there is no evidence of a wobble.

is it bad alignment, a bad ball joint, or a bad wheel bearing??
possibly all three?!

also,
here is an image of the camber adj sleeve.
bought the Ex two-plus years ago.
this is not the factory sleeve, right?
prev owner had an adjustable put in?
(don't wanna order a set if it is not needed)

thanks for your time. it is appreciated.

that could be the factory adjuster it has been so long I have forgotten but that looks old enough
with play at 12 and 6 it sounds like you need ball joints, which would also explain why the camber keeps changing

I would order the adjustable style camber bushings they can be set from 0 degrees to 3.5 degrees correction + or -

RA bushings are moving

thanks 410, will be looking into changing sleeves.

RA bushings are moving

i did replace the radius arm bushings recently.
why would the RA bushings move?
not tightening the big nut enough or simply cheap bushings?

thanks.

I would suspect ball joints are contributing to the issue.

Keep in mind too that TTB and TIB suspension systems will pick up negative camber when the vehicle rolls backwards even if the alignment is set correctly. It should NOT change when rolling forward on a level surface.
