Hey 99sportx is there anyway to contact you in private i have a few questions to ask you and wanted to see if you could help

Eric, I was researching data on swapping in a 5.0 into an Explorer sport and I came across your postings. After reading for a while I saw you talked about living in MN, and to my surprise when I looked where you lived I saw Duluth!! Are you still open to giving advice?? I live just north of Duluth in Rice Lake. Let me know if you are still open to helping a fellow Ford guy out.

Back in 11/21/2006 @ 8:09 pm you had stated to Kenny's2k that you put the eatc in your sport and that you wired it wrong. I too have put one in mine could you please tell me or link me to how you did this? I put the limited wire harness under the dash of my sport and can't get eatc to blow anything. Did a diagnostic and it said "041" which is a ambient temp sensor left open. I have the blower control,(have not installed it yet), because of the wiring difference. From what I have read they, (Limited & Sport), are both 5 wire hook ups but I think only2 or 3 are the same leaving 2 or 3 to guess at. I could help me greatly if you could tell me how you did it.

Hi Eric, how's it going there? I've had to push off plans, and discovered I need a new gas tank for my Mountaineer recently. Corrosion in the tank can't be left untouched, it's either replace it or treat it somehow. I hope my 99 is okay when I get a look at it. Regards,
