Our Explorer is a Limited 4WD with Tow Package and navigation etc package. dual second row buckets (for more 3rd row legroom) - very well equipped (but no DVD system).
This our family car, Boy Scout hauler for hiking / camping / backpacking / canoeing / rafting.
Really like the amenities of the new Explorer (though MFT is a bit iffy still for reliability)
Previously driven: Explorer 1st Gen 4L 1992 - 1997, -> 1st Gen Expedition 5.4L 1997-2005, -> 2nd Gen Expedition 5.4L 2005-2012, -> Current: Explorer 3.5L 2013 model.
I would really like a slightly more powerful engine - feels like big drop (torque mainly) from the Expedition 5.4L - very different engine feel... But like the much better MPG!
My other car (on which I spend most time / effort) is a 1994 Porsche 928GTS (no comparison or substitute..!)
