The only lift company that I am aware of is Superlift. They make a 4inch lift with everything you need. But you will also need a longer drivershaft eventually. The lift itself is about 1,500.00 and a new shaft for about 200.00

The next alternative is a torsion twist on the front, and a pair of warrior shackles on the rear which will get you about 2inches
