What type am I? (Trans)

It's a 93 Mazda Navajo, with a manual 4+OD.

Okay here's my problem, I'm trying to figure out what type of transmission I have. I called Ford, thinking Ford made the Navs for Mazda, they didn't know. I called Mazda, and they didn't know. I was told to look on the transmission. I asked the guys at my local dealer to look while it was in for an oil change and they gave me some numbers instead of the maker.

This is all I know on it other than I probably need a new clutch, which is why I need the info.

Mazda made the Manual tranny for First Gen Explorers and Navajos.

Mitsubishi also made some of the 91-92 manual trans

Is there any way to look up which one it is with those numbers, or the vin?
