Anyone Want Black Factory Taillights that still light up??

They still light up just fine, but look completely black.

They used a product called NightShades on them. Take off your taillights, clean and prep, spray them with Night Shades, and you're done. Save some cash.

and i think its a good deal, that way some body can have a set, and than have stock ones to go back to if they need/want to...

I used night shades

a whole bottle.... about 5 coats.

Then about 4-5 coats of clear coat with plenty of sanding....

night shades doesn't come out shiny or smooth, its a matte finish thats kinda bumpy
