just got em pulled, reading a 173: Oxygen sensor lack of switching, running rich.

I have been having a problem where the engine will suddenly seem like its under a heavy load or in to high of a gear, it stays that way until I give it around 3/4 throttle, then it revs real high, but as soon as I start to let off around 1/2 throttle it does the same thing. This problem goes away after 5-10 min once the engine is warmed up. it makes sense that it isnt getting enough oxygen and is bogging down because of this. How do I fix this?

clean and/or replace o2 sensor. You only have one and it is a bosch sensor. I replaced it maybe 2-3 k before you purchased. Not sure how many miles you have driven since.

Yeah, I would replace. The 50 bucks you will spend will pay back with all the gas you will save from a rich o2.
