Looks good! Im curious, what are those bolt on D-rings rated at?

The D-rings are rated at 11,000 lbs working load limit. That puts the ultimate strength at 33,000 assuming a factor of safety of 3. I have seen other D-rings with a FOS of 4 or 5. Combined break strength of the bolts was around 40,000 lbs if I recall correctly.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Is that 2" tubing? Looks huge.

wow.... you want to build me one? haha i probly couldnt afford your master fabricator skills... but thats the bumper of my wet dreams right there.

Sorry, but I don't even have time for my own projects right now.

haha. it was more of a compliment than a request. like i said, i couldnt afford it anyway. i have about $2 to my name right now.

thats one of the best fitting/looking bumpers ive seen. awesome job!

do you have any closer pics of the mounting?

Do you have a side shot, showing the approach angle?

out of control~ it looks like its a stock part that was ment to go there!!!
sick job!!!!

thats pretty sick looking. I like how the tubing bends to the top part of the bumper.

This is the best shot I have of the mount without taking the bumper off the truck again.
