The install of the hubs from the group purchase was simple. It took all of an hour for both sides. There is a great article in here for the swap ( http://www.explorer4x4.com/tips2.html#hub ). I would also do the brake caliper cleaning Rick suggests and re-pack the bearings while you're in there...
