Wheel Spacers

Could I put wheel spacers on my wheels to be able to put bigger tires on my truck without rubbing when turning sharp?

it depends where its rubbin

If it is rubbing at the sway bar or radius arm then the spacers will help. Otherwise I'm not sure if it will make the rubbing worse or have no effect.

Not to mention that the front wheel bearings are unhappy at best when stock. wider wheels/spacers will amplify the problem. You want a Sawzall:

a sawzall won't do any good if he is rubbing on the sway bar/radius arm. You arn't going to trim either of those.

What's a sway bar?

If you're rubbing on the radius arm, you've got deep backspaced wheels, and spacers will put you back to a 'normal' 3.5 to 4" bs, or the opposite, and your scrub radius is gigantic, or your tires are HUGE, or your steering stops need to be adjusted.
