Bumper lift problems

I recently tried to lift my bumper in the front but the bracket is some how
incorrect

are you talking about moving the bumper up after a body lift? and if so, do you mean the stock bumper brackers are wrong or the aftermarket ones?

the lift is the bumper move after the body the problem is the holes in the bracket are too wide for the factory bolts to go through and line up and when I tried to mockit up in place the bumper was toooo high

What the hell is that big ass tire attached to in the backround?

And you should be able to drill out the holes to make them bigger to accept the bolts.
