97 Ranger Fuel smell after fill-up?

Is this somthing any of you have experienced? Happens every time I fill up. I'm thinking the filler hose is the culprit.

Mine does it also, especially if i really top it off before a trip or something. I dont worry about it.

...It all depends on where the gas smell is coming from...:scratch:

...If you only smell it when you fuel up, I believe you can find your answer at the bottom of post #1 in this thread...

could be filler or air breather, But i found mine it was a small hole up high on the tank, have you looked around your tank to see if you have any wet spots
