push button 4x4

so i was playing with my bush button a few days ago trying to get it to work. found out that if i wiggle the entire switch the i can get the back light to turn on. but once i press a button all the lights turn off and wont come back on. im thinking faulty switch or hairline cracked fuse. anyone have any input or know how to test the switch/.

I would pull the switch, and test the wiring and switch to see what you have. It could be a faulty switch, bad wiring, or I would think it could even be something to do with the 4x4 module.

module is good. tested that, anyone know what wire colors to test and how?

I am assuming that when you press the 4x4 button the relays in the shift module make Zero noise correct?

if your near a junk yard the switch is usually 1$ and pull out a few while your there.
