Help with bumper brackets

what thickness of plate steel did you guys use for the fronts? 3/16?
and in the pic gman put up are the brackets pictures sideways of how they would go on? I mean the cut out spans the flare on the front of the frame horns.. thats the only logical thing i can imagine?

The ones in the kit are 1/32" or 1/16" which causes them to be flexy.. You'll see photos of my old rig and Dasfrem plus a few others with a hi-lift under the bumper sides to reposition the bumper.. I'd use like 1/8" or 3/16" to be safe.

While checking today I was able to see all the pictures that I could not see before. Not sure if it was something they did here on the website or a Microsoft patch. But I know have the pictures I was looking for, thanks for all your help.
