BBK TB gasket

can I simply apply the gasket or will I need to add sealer to gasket as well?

It's a Dry Gasket.

Don't add anything to it.

what is the proper torque when I go to re-attach? Also, using an air-impact gun is listed in the product documentation (problem is I don't have one), think I can pull this off with no issues with a electric drill (19x2 volt) w/ the right extension?

Just tighten it down with hand tools enough so that the gasket seals, tighten the bolts as you would lug nuts so the gasket seats around evenly. Its just a throttle body no need to torque it down. Air tools just make it faster/ easier.

before install also looking to maybe mod the bbk (port + shaft). anyone have recommendations on who does the best work?
