ST rocks side to side a lot

It may be that the ST is just like this but it seems that when I do something like drive over a speed bump at an angle the side to side motion seems to be a little much. Anything to look out for that maybe worn out? My shocks are new.

Mine moves like crazy, but oh yeah, I don't have any anti-sway bars installed.

But, if I was you I would check your anti-sway bars and bushings.
 






Check the sway bar bushings and end-links. However what you describe is common with the Sport Trac, especially with front/rear sway bars. The front sway bar is very stiff to combat body roll, which makes for a rough ride over uneven surfaces like entering driveways and hitting speed bumps at an angle. It is actually the swaybar working against the suspension.
I use to leave my sway bars disconnected most of the time because the ride was so much better, as long as you don't mind a little body roll.
