so i got into a bit of an accident and it is time to move onto a new project. My ranger was a great truck. first vehicle that was actually mine. With the check from insurance, I payed off what i owed on it and bought this little beast with what i had left over. Had to keep it in the ranger family. im happy, nothing fancy, but i can definitely rock it. sorry for the small pictures but my phone is being a *****.

its a 96 with the 5.0l and the all wheel drive setup. the exterior is a little rough, but the interior is clean and nothing is broken. except the emergency brake light stays on. its sitting at 115k miles. actually a few hundred less than my ranger had

its stupid cold outside, but i dont think ill be able to resist doing an oil change. anyone know where the drain plug is on the 5 liter. i really took having a lifted truck for granted... crawling around under this thing is really tight

What'd ya give for that V8 Ex?

Welcome!

That's too bad about your Ranger- it was a really nice looking rig...

At least you got enough out of 'er to pay off the note and get another vehicle- without a car payment! Not a bad little Ex...

i ended up forking over 17 bills for it... a little more than i wanted. i hope that is reasonable. i kind of had to jump on it and didn't really get to look into what they usually go for

115k miles, V8 AWD... I'd say you did pretty darn good :)

Grats on the new Ex, and welcome to the boards!

Welcome to the forum. My son wrecked his FX4 Level II Ranger, looked like yours when he was done. Not a scratch on him. Rangers are great trucks.
