So I just finished putting my engine back in and now the O/D light is blinking.

I took it to a trans shop and the light is from a temperature sensor that is saying the trans temp is 800 degrees. Probably a dead short?

Now... where can I find out which wires are for this?

Maybe izwack will lend me one of his rabbits to help figure it out.

Trans code is a 636, 637, or 638.

TFT Trans Fluid Temp.

Come on you warlocks. Don't make be backprobe each wire.

How many harnesses can be plugged into the tranny? One, maybe two???
First check to make sure there aren't any bent pins, then follow the harness and make sure there aren't any pinches in the wires.

There are like 6 connectors to the trans!

I checked all of them, pulled them off, contact cleanered 'em and put em back in...

I'm on the phone with the dealer trying to find a wiring diagram.

I thought these were on ford fleet or something at one time.
