Is there such a thing were you can get a 96 explorer with a v8 thats a stick? thanks

Nope, but you could do it yourself if you really wanted to. It has been done before.

o ok, so you can only get a stick with a v6, and how much would that cost doing it myself

if you took a 4 door V8 and converted the trans I bet it would be a lot cheaper than taking a V6 truck and converting it to V8 and stick because then you're sourcing parts of multiple trucks

AND the OD light would blink like mad unless you figured out how to work that out

wouldn't be that hard, get a tune, have the auto trans functions removed, and replace the steering column with one from a v6 with a stick.
