Ok, first the problem: My rear brakes(i think only the passenger side) drags when I make left? turns over 25mph. I'm wondering if it could be a rear bearing worn down making the wheel have some play in it, maybe even the whole axle shaft.

Background info: I did a brake job during the winter(new pads and rotors on all 4 corners and new e-brake shoes. When I first did it the e-brake was dragging lightly for a few days, but it burned that little bit off. (The e-brake doesn't work because I forgot to grease the little arm piece the cable attaches to but that's a different story..) Now I can hear my brake pads, or maybe still my e-brake shoes drag, but only when I turn one way over 25mph.

I have heard that bearing usually howl when they wear down, which mine does not. I am going to jack it up and wiggle the wheel around, how much(if any) play should i get?

I was not aware you could tighten in the bearing or axle shaft...if that is even the issue of why the brakes drag.

Sorry, I was thinking fronts.
