The SYNC system actually restarts every 24 hours of usage.

ROFL...good ol' Microsoft. I have various batch files to restart certain services daily on some of my servers. Print spoolers, IIS, etc, etc. Have a weekly REBOOT of a terminal server to free up resources right after a full disk virus scan.

Gotta do what you gotta do...

Thank you for posting the article; it's good to see that someone is finally forcing answers out of Ford.

Its strange to me that they are using all this modern social media to push the vehicle, yet refuse to come clean on software updates. I think its a part of life in the modern world and that most people are tolerant of and accustomed to software updates, so why not be clear about it?

I think the worst thing they can do is act like nothing is wrong.

That's a bunch of junk, people have been having so many buggy issues that almost all the people who have the Explorer with MFT has had atleast one problem.
