:rangergreen:hey guys i just ordered my coilover kit and i cant wait to get it installed in my ex. i got the 4x4 kit to keep my ex 4 wheel so some trails and the snow. i just have one question. can i regear to front to fit 33 inch tires? i know i can gear my rear but i want to know if i can get diff gears for my stock ifs for bigger tires the kit come with extended cx oints for by 4x4 which is great. thanks guys help me out here to get this thing jumpin soon:

the front axle uses standard rotation Dana35 gears.

Yup dixon bros kit..could not pass the price up haha but the dana 35 standard rotation gears come stock with my ex ifs? or do i have to get them put in?? Thanks for the help much appreciated.

the OEM Dana35 axle housing uses standard rotation gears.
You can purchase different ratio gears, and yes they will need to get installed.

There are a lot of tight tolerances, so for most people it's easiest to have a shop to the install. I spent around $1200 in tools alone just to re-gear my axles.

how much you think i can get them installed for..do you think they will be fine with just 33s and stock?? kinda risky though yea?

I have absolutely no clue what the shop rates are like down in the states.

33s on stock gearing will be ok, but you may not like the drivability difference.
