2002-2005 Keyless entry pad lights up but does nothing

Had Transmission serviced by a mechanic and now the keypad on the door lights up but will do absolutely nothing

the same thing happened to my explorer after i serviced it, all i had to do is reprogram it.

How did you happen to reprogram, i dont know exactly what reprogramming is. I know the factory code and i never had a personal one, are you saying program a new personal one?

when this happened i called ford and yea make a new code, man looking back my explorer has had so many problems
