Would anyone know if the F150 5.4L motor would fit in 2004 4door?
Thanks

I do not know specifically but think that both 5.4L and the 4.6L that was available in '04 had the same exterior dimensions. Please consider this just a bump to the top for comment from those more knowledgeable.
I was wondering the same thing. I would like to put a 5.4 in my '03. I know that the 5.4 deck height is about the only dimension that is different than the 4.6. So it would be a little taller and wider, but I think it would fit. I am more concerned about trans bolt-up and engine control.
I'd imagine that there isnt much differnce with the swap than there would be in any other 4.6L car. I know over on TCCOA.com a lot of people have swapped them into MN-12 T-birds and cougars. You could look there for some information.
