ok,this truck has me and 4or5 other very good tech's stymied!2 years ago fuel pump failed 50 miles from destination was towed with either front or rear wheels on ground,had pump replaced and almost immediatly developed grinding sound in trans from stop.brought car home to va no problems!2mo later scattered planitary gear and atf on side of mountian,had trans rebuilt,worked and still does as should except now under load (as in going up mountian) or can be reproduced by left foot brake at 35-40 mph and will thump and bump!removed front drive shaft now now no buck and thump! doesn't fit classic GEM symptoms but HELP!!!! dave griffinP.S. HAS NEW PLUGS,COIL PACK AND WIRES!!!P.S.S.feels like hitting large tar strip in road,but has no rythem and almost can be felt in steering!!!
