Monroe's or Ranco Quik struts?

Can't speak for Monroe, but I have I am a happy Rancho customer for 7 years now. Rancho might be better suited for offroad in addition to normal use, whereas Monroe are likely better street shocks. But you CAN adjust the Ranchos (going by your other thread, you said they were the adjustable ones) so that's a big plus. They're easy to adjust - each shock has a knob at the base you merely turn.

I also personally think the Ranchos look slicker. :D

Rancho & Monroe are the same company. I just put Monroe sensa tracks on my Ranger Edge. I have a set ordered for my F250. I paid about $45 each for them. I've run both brands. I like the Ranchos on a 4x4 & the Monroes on my street trucks. My Edge handles much better with the Monroes. It had the factory shocks that were shot. It doesn't jump all over the road now.
