New Synthetic Fluid Out

Has anyone ever heard of MAG 1 Syn ATF. I am in need of a trans flush and can get a good deal on 12 quarts of this fluid. I don't use my explorer much anymore other than around my 5 acres of land.

Update: After asking around a few local area shops and contacting the manufacture, I found out that this fluid is compatible with Mercon V fluids. After two weeks of driving I have had no issues.
