ac system vent failure

So what would the problem be if you ac and heat temp adjuster works fine but the zone selector doesn't work? I can adjust mine from hot to cold but I cant change where it comes out. Seems like it just comes out everywhere. It really sucks when I need defrost!

I'm having the same issue and it coule be a couple different things. If you take down your passenger glove box and look up and to the left where your radio is, you should notice a cylinder with a metal arm hopefully connected to a plastic piece. While looking at that, turn your Air on and move the vent air door control to see if the metal arm moves. If it doesn't, it coule be your vent door actuator, vacuum lines, or hopefully only a fuse. If it does move and the plastic piece is broken off, you can move the plastic piece to adjust your vents. I havent found the replacement part for the plastic piece yet.
