thanks to taxes i should be able to get moving on my explorer. id like to get to the 0 to -# offset, but know that a rim wont likely cut it. i think ill be going with a coil spacer around 2.25f 1.5rear, who or where should i go to to get these? and i understand that i should be able to fit 265/75. im looking at kmc xd809 or something similar, should a 18x9 rim fit with that size tire? i believe the off set on these is -18. i love the way bgreen92 's sits on page 247as well as danielj 's on 231. any help would be appreciated

all these expos look great! i was told by a friend that theres an irs expo converting to a solid axle, can someone tell me where it is or post the link to it pls? thx

Hey im new here, been looking at all the sweet explorers and im getting a list of things i have to do to mine. I have a 02 black v8 xlt, ill try to get a pic soon but im looking into a billet grille, does anyone know where i can get an octagonal one instead of just the linear one?

Search for a "honeycomb" style grille on eBay. There should be a few.

Hopefully a lift and some 265's is on your to do list:D most aftermarket parts can be found quite reasonably on Ebay

Hi all. Been away a while with our Ford Territory, but am back with 08/04 built (sold in 2005) Limited. This one runs on LPG and petrol.

Pics of our old Gen 3 (first Gen 3 with a winch??)
Front_Lift_3.jpg

, then the Ford Territory that replaced that explorer (Territory is the Oz equivalent of explorer, but straight 6, and no V8 option).

New (to us) Gen 3 limited V8 - I pick it up tomorrow.
Advert_ForSale.jpg

Planned mods for the new one are minimal:
Reverse camera, front camera and 2 DIN DVD player with screen to replace stock head unit with built in GPS, TV, internet, twin camera input, etc
Fit the Territory 22s running 265/35/22 Atturo AZ800s (same offset, PCD and load rating!).
Fit nudge bar (brush guard?) and HID driving lights from Territory
Fit amber/yellow lens lower driving lights (it gets foggy in winter here in Canberra)
Do the Brown wire mod

Hey so, ive posted before but still new around here. i got a black 02, still stock but i got big plans. but any way i was off roading on monday and since i have the v8 i got a little heavy on the gas pedal and well lets say the ex took control for a little. Everything is fine she still runs perfectly no body damage or anything but after closer inspection i seem to have snapped some bolts on the underside of my car on which seems to be a safety bar guarding the the rear'ish part of the engine area. if you know what im talking about its the first of the two safety looking bars. anyway, help! is this expensive to fix? essential? can i do it later? cause i just had to replace the manifold which drained cash i can spend right now on the ex. Also as soon as the weather clears up i plan on painting my wheels black i got these ones...

yay or nay?

also i lost my orignial post in the vast accumulation of this thread.... so if i can ask again if anyone knows where i can a good, yet cheap honeycomb grille insert, it be awesome if someone could part with that information.
