Leaking? Dripping on headers

I have a leak of what appears to be some clear fluid from behind the intake manifold. its dripping from what looks like the valve covers or the tube that goes out of the intake manifold down on my headers and smelling pretty bad. oil is not low. though my heater diesnt seem to be as hot as normal and it seem like I have a major lack of power and bad gas milage... could this have something to do with it?

does anyone have experience with this or have an idea what it is before I go tearing into it?

What does it smell like? How's your coolant level?

I had the same problem. Ended up being my PCV valve came loose on the back of the valve cover.
