Very faint whining sound outside the car

I noticed tonight when the car is running and you are standing outside of it, there is a slight (very hard to hear) high pitched whining sound.

I'm just test driving this car, so I'm not sure if this is a normal sound or not. It's very very faint.

Belt noise? Air being drawn into the intake?

Honestly, most whining I hear on this site originates at the drivers seat.
