Sorry guys; had some issues with Imageshackus.com and switched my hosting site. Lost a number of photos. Here are pics of my 2014 with H&R Explorer Sport Springs #51630 installed after settling. In my opinion, the perfect drop and handling is much improved:

My sincere apologies for the delay friends. It has been a brutal winter in Canada thus pls. excuse the lack of deep Zaino lustre on my paint or tire dressing on the rubber.

Well like you said, looks to be a PERFECT DROP, Thanks, looks great.

Here are the before and after measurements for those inquiring:
***All are taken from the ground to the lip of the fender in the centre of the wheel.
Before:
Front- 31 3/4"
Rear- 33 1/8"

After:
Front: 30 3/4"
Rear: 31"

For the member who PM'd me, there is 7.5" from the ground to the front lip of the plastic fascia. I apologize as I accidentally deleted your PM when I was cleaning up my account.

I hope this helps everyone with your decision. I am very pleased with these units. I would be interested if someone with the Flex model springs would post your measurements just for comparison.

Thanks.

Darren

thanks on that measurement.hows the alignment?

Within spec however I do not have the chart to share.

Looks fantastic...just got our H&Rs in last week...hopefully we can get them installed soon.

where did you buy yours?coz the one on tire rack wont be available till 3/31?

Funny but Tire Rack actually called me after I ordered to see if I was ok waiting until Apr to receive them...I guess they got a shipment in...not sure why they came so quick

Admittedly, I have had mine since the Fall so I have had them sitting in my garage for several months. Tirerack.com is where my speed shop accessed them though. I confirmed that.

Darren

Those measurements look good. The pictures look good. The drop looks good. Hearing that your alignment is within specs is really good. Not too low like I've seen on others. Everything is just...good! Hoping to get my Explorer fitted springs next month from Tirerack as well. Your alignment report makes me feel a lot better, considering how others who lowered their Explorer with other springs had alignment issues.

Can you please take the measurements fromthe center of the rim to the fender lip? Things like tire pressure can affect the measurement from the ground to the lip. Going from the center of the rim to the lip, it doesn't matter what rims you have, what tires you have, what tire pressure you have, the measurement will be the same.

I called everywhere and no one had a set of H&R #51630 's as there on back order, so i called Tire Rack and per ordered a set, they said they had a Total of 5 sets coming and 4 where already sold so i got the last set #5 ! should be here around the 25th to 28th he said.

From the lip of the centre cap to the fender lip is 15.5" front and rear. I tucked the tape measure in that lip in the same place on each rim for consistency.

I would be interested to know how much the Flex version provides for comparison. Could someone with those springs take the same measurement?

Thanks.

Darren

lip of the center cap? you didn't go from the center?

spacers

Thanks for the comments. The spacers are 1" front and rear. Bought all four of them on EBay for I believe the price was $149.

What is the purpose for the spacers? to bring wheels out? thanks
