Red 2nd gen spotted in Cheyenne, WY.

I am wondering if anyone lives or knows anyone in Cheyenne with a red 2nd gen. Looks like it was on 33s with a roof rack and a snorkel. It was heading north on Yellowstone, by the airport today. Looked like a nice rig. I was heading south and couldn't get turned around in time to follow him.
