I found that email in my junk folder tonight. And I was just curious why it stopped working for me again...that explains it!

I received the same email as well. I have the issue for a week now, hopefully they get this fixed, it's getting colder in North Texas

My remote access is working now, I just tried a few minutes ago. Hopefully they have figured it out.
