Sync updates for international Ford clients

Hi guys

I am trying to register on the Ford website so that I can download the latest updates to Microsoft Sync but it dosent allow my car VIN and I believe that is because I am a international client and the car build in Venezuela.
Here has you can expect there is no support from Ford.
Anyone knows how can I download the latest update for the Sync of my car?
