Bluetooth - "Pairing Fail"

Since this is only happening to your two phones, I suggest looking through your contacts to make sure there are no emoticons or special characters in any of the names. Also, try turning off Automatic Phonebook Download:

If that doesn't work, it may be an app that's causing this.

Thanks for the advice. I finally got it to work. I re-paired both my phones and set the automatic contacts download off. Thanks again.
