Accarguy,
Seems like you have had the Anzo replacements for a while.
Any issues?
I was thinking about getting a set but have read some conflicting reviews on Amazon.
Anyone find anything better?
They are really nice, I love the look of them over the stock ones. A bit of pain to get in and adjusted just right. I had an issue with one of the headlamps had gotten moisture in it about 3 months being in and amazon warrantied them no questions asked. On the second set, I just put a small line of clear rtv around the seam of the lens and the bucket of the headlamp it self just to be safe. On the parking lamp buckets there is about 1/16thin opening on the bottom of them to act as a drain. So that has been about 4 months now and no issues knock on wood.
1997XLTRollover Thank you very much. Found it out in Oregon and bought it sight unseen for 4,800 and I'm very happy. The nice plating is still on some of the bolts under the hood that how clean she is.
YTF0rd Ill take a pick tomorrow and post it. It sounds really good for being stock, especially once I pulled off the rear cats. It opened up so much and it has a really good rumble at idle and not too loud when acceleration, but sounds like a v8 should. I bought them both right from mac and had them shipped to me. The only thing I don't like about the intake is that its a bit to long meaning the cone is actually rubbing sightly on the fender, so i put a small piece of black duck tape on there for now so the paint doesn't rub off.
