I just bought this SUV it only has 104,000 miles on it and I put a Flowmaster on it too. It is has been garaged for about 10 years. Can you please tell me what is the best spark plugs I should put on that will give me more power and mileage with out jeopardizing the engine itself.....thanks inn advance.

I've always used the factory motor craft plugs. A "designer" plug won't increase power or mileage.

Thanks for the reply. I read the stock plugs were Motorcraft? And if they are is copper or platinum better

I believe they are copper, Platinum in theory will last longer assuming no engine issues such as bad valve guide seals. { if they are getting fuel or carbon fouled they will both fail prematurely) Platinum plugs only give performance benefits if the motor was designed specifically for them. Hope that helps
