So, move the TC over by sliding the trans and engine over?
The vibration is a combination of things.
The offset is one, but not too much of one if the vehicle is almost level, within the deflection parameters of the u-joints.
My lift puts the back of mine a bit higher than the front, so being out of level adds another dimension.
Imagine a tube spinning and when you introduce one offset it goes out of frequency and the circular spin has now become an oval.
A double cardan will alleviate this.
Add the 2nd offset, in my case height out of plane or level, and now you've added another layer to the competing oval spin pattern.
Hopefully a 2nd DC joint will correct that.
