Rear lower control arm outer bushing tolerance

i am reassembling after rear axle bearing. When jockeying the knuckle into position I noticed the bushing rubbing is soft, allowing the bolt in the sleeve to angle up and down, but there are no tears in the rubber. When bolted in position with the knuckle ears it there won't be that type of movement.
Anyone have an opinion on this?

If it were mine, I definitely would replace the bushing, beyond a doubt. imp
