2013 Explorer oil leak

I have a 2013 70k miles on long drives like 2 plus hrs I got a hot smell after investigation there’s oil leaking down back side of motor down across axle onto exhaust. Any idea. Thanks

Have you checked your oil? If the oil level is ok, I suspect a PTU leak.

Welcome to the Forum Pat.
As mentioned above, check your oil level. There are a few threads on oil leaks and at times they can be hard to pin point. If indeed it is running down the back of the motor, and not splashed there, I wouldn't think it would be the PTU.
