Custom grill cutout

Is there anyone out there that does a custom cutout grill? I'm with the 501st legion and I do kylo Ren. Looking for a place that could possibly put kylo Ren on one. Kind of like the one I've seen that has "FORD" the whole length of the grill.

if not, maybe get a blank grille and buy the appropriate characters and stick them on? Would really stand out with a red back light but you're asking for a ticket then
