Question on heater control

2018 explorer xlt V6 two wheel drive. For some reason we can't get heat to come out on the floor to warm our feet. It would be to easy to ask the dealer.

Can you get any air at all to come out on the floor? Or, is your problem that the air is not warm?

No heat on the floor at all.

Do all the other vents work? Could be an issue with a blend door actuator. Best to go to the dealer since you are probably still under warranty.

The defroster vents work and the AC vents work. Nothing will come out of the floor vents. I guess it is a motor or cable problem.

I'm sticking with a blend door actuator. Perhaps C236 in this diagram. Please report back if going to the dealer to have it repaired. Thanks.
