Which engine is it ?
Is it the lower oil pan ?

4.0 sohc and it’s the transmission pan gasket possibly the pan it self

I used a rubber Felpro gasket
The factory torque spec was to much for the pan it deformed the bolt holes

So after a lot of redoing I fixed. The pan used a Felpro rubber gasket and LITTLE gasket tack
Red spray
On. The gasket only not on the pan or. Transmission important....

No leaks or problems it's been a year

Thank you sir!

Ditto. Wipe the two surfaces of what the gasket seals to with brake cleaner, just before putting the pan and gasket on. Do the bolts by hand only, no powered tools. Snug the bolts all up, and then tighten them with only your wrist strength, don't put any of the forearm into it. Most people cannot over tighten small bolts with their wrists like that, typical oil pan or valve cover bolts etc.
