Stock or small lift ?

Hey gang,
It always seemed to me my "new to me" Explorer sits a tad high although I thought it was at stock height....
Is this (shackle) indicating that the P.O. lifted this a couple inches or is this stock?
I got 4 leaf springs on bottom and 1 on top..

That top spring is not stock, but I don’t see how it could give any lift, other than possibly leveraging some weight off the stock leaf pack.
Another pic or two from other angles may help us figure out what’s going on there.

Looks like an overload helper spring added. They help stop inversion of the main leaf, and used for towing or when hauling heavy loads. They do not add any lift.
