2000 Ranger xlt
I have a 2000 Ford Ranger that I bought with a 98 explorer 5.0 already swapped in it. I've been trying to figure out what to do to get my AC going. Right now I have the compressor plugged in and the low pressure switch. My problem is I can not find the wiring for the high side switch. I am unsure if it was cut out of the harness previously or not. I've tried to cut open parts of the harness where I've seen the wiring located on other rangers that I have looked at and have had no luck. If I just knew what the wiring was supposed to go to from the switch I would just wire it myself.

Yep, a/c wiring is the trickiest bit of the Expo V8 - Ranger swap.

Control logic between the two is very different.

The Ranger should have a 4 pin connector below the master cylinder that has/had the high pressure switch wires

Okay so do you have any pictures of what that connector looks like? Then also a diagram of which wires go to what?
