New radiator

I have checked a a few places to have a radiator installed on a 2002 Ford Explorer. The cheapest price I have found is $399 plus tax. I do not do my own repairs, maybe small things but not a radiator on a SUV. I wonder if it is worth the $400.00 plus for. 200K vehicle, or just move on from this truck now? Just curious on thoughts thanks.

What exactly does the $400 include? Is that parts and labor, or just labor? A new radiator from RA is under $100.

Have the timing components been re-done?
Has the trans been rebuilt?
Is it a rust bucket?
