i took my front wheel off the other day and the manual hub outer part came off with it. the truck had been sitting for a while and the brakes were missing off of it . the truck doesn't run, yet how do i test it without it running. should i just replace the whole hub assembly?

The hub can fall right off when you pull the tire off. Just put it right back on.
But if brake parts are missing you should check and be sure the hub locking nuts and related parts are still there on the spindle.

i need a diagram of the related parts. maybe i will clear out all the big ball of grease.
